Conditions of Sale

Works purchased through our online shop will be processed and shipped once full payment has been received. A purchase is not considered complete until you have received confirmation of your order via email..

We will pack each artwork accordingly for shipping dependant on size, weight and fragility. Shipping cost will be calculated at the time of checkout specific for each artwork and delivery location.

Orders

No contractual purchase for the supply of a product exists until payment for the works and shipping has been received in full and you have received a confirmation email outlining your order.

Once received, orders may not be altered or cancelled without written confirmation. If we to alter or cancel the order, you must pay any costs and expenses incurred by in connection with the alteration or cancellation.

We reserve the right to request further information from you for verification of your order.

Delivery

We use Australia Post, specialist artwork transporters and courier’s dependant on each artwork and delivery location. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and/or handling and should be aware that where relevant, you will be liable and responsible for any import requirements or restrictions, licences, duties, taxes and/or government charges that may apply.

Delivery times for artworks is between 2 – 10 days for Australian Metro areas. Delivery to regional areas will no doubt take longer during Covid19 restrictions.
